Fitness

We offer group fitness classes in a mixed aerobic style, strength, TRX, High Intensity Interval Training, core training and much more.

Seniors:

Several classes are offered each week geared towards the mature adult including Seniors Functional Strength, circuit classes, chair yoga and others.  Our instructors are certified and full of knowledge in Older Adult Fitness.

Yoga:

We offer several different styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Yin and chair yoga.  We also host specialty classes and guest instructors from time to time in order to introduce

Barre:

Barre has arrived at One Fitness & Yoga!  We are so excited to offer this class in the fall.  Barre classes are a great mix of yoga, pilates, fitness and dance. This class is suitable for all bodies, with emphasis on low impact movement, increased joint mobility, improved posture, increased strength and core activation.  It’s a great cross training pairing, working well with other styles of training.

Pound:

ROCK. POUND® is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.  In classes, each participant gets a set of drumsticks. (They’re specially made for the workout and called “rip sticks.”) This high-intensity interval workout incorporates rhythmic movements to get the class literally pounding the floor as they sweat. The genius of POUND® class is that the music and high-energy drumming make the time fly past.

Zumba:

Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
