Summer Schedule is out!

2018 Summer Schedule

Our summer schedule has been set and will run July 3rd to September 9th. Please note the following changes or class cancellations for July and August. Our online schedule under What We Offer/Class Schedule & Descriptions always has the most up to date information.

We will be closed Monday, July 2nd, August 6th and September 3rd. .
There will be no Monday or Saturday Zumba classes running for the summer, but watch for some pop up Zumba and Pound classes!

Monday – No Zumba classes running in the summer
Tuesday – Hatha Flow Yoga 630pm – no class July 3rd
Wednesday – Anything Goes *Wed class only* will be cancelled for the summer
Wednesday – Noon Weights – no class July 4th
Thursday – Yin Yoga – no class July 5th
Friday – Noon Yoga – no class July 29th or July 6th
Saturday – No Zumba classes running in the summer
