Body Composition & Fitness Evaluation

A series of tests designed to assess your cardiovascular levels, body measurements, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility levels.

Personal exercise program

An individualized exercise program, based on your fitness level and goals. After accessing your needs, we will design an exercise program that is both enjoyable and successful.

Supervised Exercise Sessions

Personal attention during exercise is the primary function of a personal trainer. Clients are given a detailed orientation that addresses all components of an exercise program.  We also focus on education on proper form, exercise techniques and safe use of equipment helping to increase your knowledge all the while building body awareness.

Event Specific Training

Training for an event or a personal best?  Looking for some off season activity to maintain fitness levels?  We can customize a program to suit your needs!
