Spring News from ONE!

Our May/June schedule is out!  Check out the most up to date class schedule on this site under WHAT WE OFFER/Class Schedule & Descriptions.

Changes to note:
Tuesday morning and Friday evening Yin Yoga classes are off the schedule for the spring/summer.

Thursday  20 Minute HIIT @ noon will finish up until fall.  Last class May 24th.

Friday 20 Minute HIIT moves outside to a Bleacher class starting June 1st.

Summer Race Prep Series starts May 14th

Now that spring has arrived, we’re ready to take our training outdoors!

If you’ve signed up for one of the great local events like Emperor’s Challenge, Tuffest 10, Vertical Slam or Zulu Challenge, we’d love to help you kick your training into high gear!

This program is suitable for all fitness levels.  Start where you’re at today and progress from there under the supervision of our certified trainers.

Participants should be free of injuries/restrictions and/or have clearance to start an intense exercise program.

Training Days Include:

Monday – Outdoor Run 6:30PM (interval style training)
Tuesday – Strength Training 6:15AM (in studio)
Wednesday – Bleacher Training 6:15AM (Fairgrounds Bleachers)
Wednesday – Yoga for Athletes Class 6:30PM (in studio)
Thursday – Outdoor Run 6:30PM (various locations around Dawson Creek incorporating different terrains and hills)
 Friday – Indoor HIIT Training (May) Bleacher Training (June) 5:15PM ***optional training day***
Saturday – Participate in local events (not included in the program) or join the local running group at 7am
Sunday – Rest Day
COST – $289 + GST
Individual sessions may be offered if there are enough participants to run the full program.
Please inquire if you are unable to attend all weekly classes to discuss options.
